Eine von L. Ron Hubbard erfundene Rasse von Übermenschen oder auch neue Menschen Art die dem Homo Sapiens in allen Belangen überlegen sind.
Der Homo Novis weicht nicht von den Lehren Hubbards ab (ist „nicht aberriert“ in der Sprache der Scientologen) und Clear. In Hubbards Vorstellung der zukünftigen Gesellschaft, sollte nur diese Rasse Menschenrechte besitzen und auch nur diesen linientreuen Scientologen sollte es erlaubt sein Kinder zu bekommen.
